Q: What is the purpose of the Peace Tour? A: Women are the the mothers of peace. If 3.7 billion women unite under peace then world peace will be achieved.
“I sincerely thank you for your education in the spirit of noble truth search for the future of the nation and people. And I sincerely congratulate you on the successful implementation of peace education by Master Peace, whom I met in Romania last year. Here in Romania, I felt the people’s earnest desire for freedom in their hearts. I maybe it began when they achieved democratization in Eastern Europe 30 years ago. I think it can make them to continue to strive for better development.
And Mr. Man Hee Lee, Chairman of HWPL, despite his near 90s, has been a global village owner with no spare life. He made an appeal for cooperation for peace, carrying out a schedule that even young people could not afford. His firm commitment and actions are the best and most living peace education for all mankind.
As you can see from the video of how great the peace fruits of HWPL have been, the fruit of HWPL has never been achieved by a private organization and not achieved by the state. What’s next is that young people and women, who have inherited the spirit of peace, are creating peace together with the speed of light.
As a mother of children, I hope that our children will no longer grow up in a culture of war and violence, but live happily and safely in a culture of peace. If you continue to strive for peaceful education and the spread of peace and culture, such as DPCW, which is the definite answer to restoring the original shape of the global village and achieving peace, I am confident that our children who will lead our future will live in a peaceful world where there is no more war and violence.
When you change your mind, you can change your culture. When you change your culture, you can change the destiny of the world.
Let’s awaken a sense of peace and create a culture of peace. And let’s protect our children from war and conflict and pass on peace to posterity. As the Korean saying goes, “A good beginning is half the battle,” you have opened the beginning of HWPL peace education, so please continue to implement and promote it to spread beyond Romania to all over Europe.
Let us all create a peace culture with one heart to end the war and create a world of eternal peace.
The role of HWPL is important more than ever. Today, we live in a different World. Open a new era of peace with HWPL! The founder of HWPL, Chairman Man Hee Lee, has been tirelessly giving effects with contribution. We are hopeful that DPCW, in the long run, will definitely get status of “Law of Peace”. At the 2nd of Apr., 2019 16:00(GMT+3), 2019 PEACE EDUCATION Conference was held in Romania during HWPL 31st World Peace Tour. It was attended by Emil Constantinescu, Romania’s 3rd president, and Romania’s current education minister. Now, Peace education has become more important than any other era. With peace education, what does the future hold for the citizens these children grow up to be? There are children with the seed of peace. The efforts of everyone here can help them blossom.
One professor of international law said “Actually, the DPCW document has synthesized many of the existing documents, many of the existing instrument and the declarations which has been drawn for building peace and ending war. The strength of the DPCW is simplicity and it’s very accommodative with the existing norms. So this is its strength and very confident that if the DPCW is well read and well understood by the global community, then we can build a consensus for putting more effort into building peace in the world.”
The Chairman Lee emphasized the meaning of Heavenly Culture and Peace will be achieved through DPCW. Mr. Man Hee Lee said “We now know nothing outweighs the value of peace. The religious world is becoming one with us and so are schools worldwide. They are becoming one with HWPL to achieve a world of peace. What does HWPL stand for? Heavenly Culture, the culture of heaven. We will surely end wars and bring peace. Everyone involved in implementing international law based on the DPCW will be remembered in history. Moreover, I believe that with heavenly culture, we can change the world into a better place. I firmly believe this. We are one! We are one!”

As the result of the 30th world peace tour was great, I am looking forward to the HWPL 31st World Peace Tour. These postings are the ones that I write one by one. If you look at them one by one, you can see the reason why experts said “HWPL is the most powerful international peace NGO”. Actually, HWPL is associated with UN DPI and ECOSOC.

Regardless of differences in religious, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, HWPL is closely contributing to the leading for peace. How can we achieve peace? According to statistics of UNICEF, Over 10% of young women in 5 European countries experience sexual violence before age 15. #ENDviolence
Now, The role of Teacher and Peace Education is important more than ever. We are at the forefront in implementing peace education for children and the youth. Especially, Romania is the hometown of H.E. Emil Constantinescu, former president of Romania. He knows peace better than anyone else. I can’t help but admit it when I hear about his life. I wrote down his biography.
IPYG Peace Letter Campaign Ads were put on the 27 newspapers of the United States, which send a letter to Donald J. Trump, the President of the United States. I can feel the hearts of American youth who truly desire a world without war and conflict!
International Peace Youth Group (IPYG) is one of two wings of HWPL, which affiliated with 805 organizations of 110 countries. The number of member is 4,600,000. Representative of IPYG said “The future owner is the youth. We should have the responsibility to lead the whole world. The first goal is to submit the DPCW to the UN General Assembly in the form of a draft resolution and have it adopted. Let us become all heroes of peace together”

So, IPYG Peace Letter Campaign is active in Washington D.C., South Africa, Indonesia, New Zealand, Namibia, Malaysia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, South Korea and others. In less than a year, 165,782 Peace Letters are sent to 193 incumbent presidents and Ambassadors to the U.N.
Also, Major media outlets like FOX, KTLA, NBC, ABC reported the youth’s movement for peace and a total of 599 online articles were released. Why are so many people interested? HWPL is famous for its great achievements in the shortest time. What have they achieved so far? Look for other posts.
I’ll show you a little taste. Why DPCW?
The international community has been regulating military actions through cooperation among countries in various forms, including treaties and agreements that restrict war, which is centering on the United Nations and other international organizations. But the limits are clear. Calls to regulate international disputes fairly through international law were continued, but international organizations and current international law lack binding force against all countries.
In a speech on the enactment of international law, the Chairman Man hee Lee of HWPL said, “How can you compensate for those who lost their lives? If what used to be is complete, there is no need to re-create. We need to create a new international law because the existing international law cannot end the war in this world, and NOW let’s create an ‘eternal international law’ so that we won’t have to fix it again. Instead of saying who is right and who is wrong, we have to actually work for this cause.”

Dear Mr. President,
We are the youth of America
At such a crucial time within our nation’s history, we are urging your support for the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), a ground breaking peace law that many global leaders and heads of state are diligently working to have adopted by the UN General Assembly. It offers a legal framework for peaceful conflict resolution, the preservation of natural habitats, and the freedom of religion for all people. These causes align with American values and the hearts of American youth who truly desire a world without war and conflict. The DPCW protects what Americans deeply cherish, such as freedom and advancing peace around the world.
We believe that the work of peace is an inherent calling for every individual. As the acting President of the United States, your voice and support are a critical part of building a foundation of peace for future generations both here and abroad.
We sincerely hope that you will join our efforts by supporting the DPCW when it is introduced to the UN General Assembly. Many heads of state have already pledged their written support because they desire to end war and conflict. If we truly desire peace and love our country, how could we not support such a legislative solution to achieving peace together?

On March 14th, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) held the 3rd Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW). Around 30,000 participants who want peace were gathered to support the legislation of the DPCW as international law. This celebration held all over the world, and in Washington, D.C.
HWPL’s peace movements are assessed by experts as they have never really seen them. In other words, it is unusual to achieve such achievements in such a short period of time. Their movements are like lightning and they are working at the risk of their lives.
Especially, On March 14, 2019, all young men and women sent peace letters to world leaders. It is the “Peace Letter” Campaign. In less than a year, 165,782 Peace Letters were collected. The main content is that “If you really love the country and the people, please support the DPCW, the definite answer to peace. I hope you’re not remembered as the president who wanted a war for future generations. Please write back.”
Campaigns are being held in 83 cities around the world, including South Korea, the United States, Germany, Britain, Australia, South Africa and Turkey. Peace letters, which were collected through the campaign, were delivered to heads of 193 countries on 14th of March.

Support at the national level
Starting with Seychelles, Eswatini, and Comoros, official support for the DPCW at the governmental level is increasing.
Expanding support at the international level through IGOs
International organizations’ support and participation for the DPCW have continued. PARLACEN (Central American Parliament) passed a resolution in support of the DPCW. The Pan-African Parliament, which is the legislative body of the African Union consisting of 55 African countries, and the International Centre for Black Sea-Baltic Studies and Consensus Practices signed memoranda of understanding. Also in May 2018, at the UN Headquarters in front of the UN Permanent Representatives of 145 countries, HWPL made known the importance of introducing the DPCW to the UN in the form of a draft resolution and establishing a binding instrument for peace.
Expanding civil society’s movement for the DPCW advocacy
HWPL’s “Legislate Peace” Campaign is an advocacy campaign at the civilian level in support of the DPCW and its implementation, and it is taking place in 174 countries around the world. This campaign includes peace education that can raise awareness of peace among citizens, students, and refugees, “Peace Letter” Campaign where the youth call for peace in letters to national leaders, and peace projects and advocacy activities for improving women’s rights.
On February 18th, 2019, HWPL held a conference called‘Religious World Without Discrimination, Religious Leaders Becoming one’in Sydney, Australia. Along with about 370 audience members, 30 religious leaders representing 7 different denominations, including Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, Sikhism, Hinduism, Zoroastrianism and Caodaism, are gathered to discuss the Role of Religion.
Regarding the role of religious leaders in establishing a world of peace, Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL said, “I came to Australia to tell that the 10 articles and 38 clauses of the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) are necessary to make a world of peace and leave a legacy of peace for future generations. This is more important than anything else, and we have to all become peace messengers.”
During the conference, the theme of ‘religious discrimination’ was also discussed. 4 keynote speakers delivered messages regarding unfortunate cases of religious discrimination and the need for concrete action plans.
Especially, one pastor read a letter that will be sent to the United Nations Human Rights Council, “I am a Pastor working in Australia and Pakistan. Pakistan is a dominantly Muslim country where religious tension and discrimination exists. I understand how we must all work to bring about true harmony between people of different faiths and cultures. The acts of the Christian Council of Korea (CCK) in relation to Ms. Gu Ji-In who was killed in the aftermath of coercive conversion in Korea should never be ignored and what they do should be stopped.”
30 religious leaders signed the Statement Denouncing Coercive Conversion Programs and Religious Discrimination and proclaimed their support for the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW).

Mr.Man Hee Lee created the right consciousness of students and teachers around the world. The Chairman Lee is committed to ensuring that all countries and citizens have a dream of achieving world peace.
He says that world peace can be achieved when there is supports from all countries around the world, as well as the support of UN, UNESCO and UNICEF. Mr.Lee continues to contact not only the United Nations and other international organizations, but also the rulers and intellectuals of other countries for world peace. Young people, including schools and universities, are huge supporters of HWPL. We are fighting for a harmonious world against clearly exceeding cruelty, violence and imbalance.
At this moment, every young man, every woman, every citizen is sending Peace Letters to representatives of each country. Peace Letter appeals to the presidents of each country to support DPCW to be introduced to the United Nations. And we will adopt DPCW through the United Nations. Also, around 30,000 participants discussed the role of civil society for peaceful unification of the Korean Peninsula. Through a lecture on “Civil Society’s Role for Peaceful Unification, Exchange, and Cooperation of the Korean Peninsula,” there will be a discussion on cooperation for building up social consensus on peace and unification among civil society. They also had time to write peace letters to PresidentMoon Jae-in as a kind of “Peace Letter Campaign.” What did they say to the president?
The President Moon is now in Malaysia. ASEAN is very important to Korea. At the interview with Asia News Network, President Moon emphasized “Peace & Prosperity.” He’s really made a lot of effort for peace so far. From the PyeongChang Peace Olympics to Inter-Korean summits with Kim Jong-un, Moon placed the greatest value on peace.

If you want to know more about Peace on the Korean Peninsula
Hello, Mr. President. I am a college student who loves peace. I know that you are always trying to make peace and that you are still working hard. But I know it’s a lot of trouble. Like Socrates, you’re acting as a midwife, but there are times when things don’t work out. As a Korean, I am studying abroad in Sydney now, but I am very sorry.
I remember you, Mr. President, who was a human rights lawyer. Human-centered politics has touched the hearts of countless people. Also, I remember you said at the UN General Assembly that “ending the Korean War” is an “urgent task.” (Reference) I completely agree with you. But why hasn’t it been done yet? Do you know how to achieve peace on the Korean Peninsula? How on earth can we do this?

The answer is “Civil Society.” The Role of Civil Society is really important. That’s why HWPL associated with IPYG and IWPG. IPYG brings 1.8 billion young people from all over the world together and IWPG brings 3.7 billion women from all over the world together. If citizens around the world shout in one direction with one voice, which leader can stop it? We can do it. You can’t do it because you don’t.
Is this just a young man’s dream? Is it naive? If that’s my only story, of course, it could be. But HWPL makes a difference. Because there’s a huge number of people coming to HWPL. Why is that? HWPL is considered by foreign media and experts to be the most powerful and practical international NGO. The real reason is that HWPL has the answer to peace, “the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW).”
DPCW, declared on March 14, 2016, was created by 21 prominent international law professionals, “The HWPL International Peace Law Committee.” H.E. Viktor Yushchhenko, Former President of Ukraine, said “The Declaration on Peace and the Cessation of War (DPCW) is a full and measured document and it is worth supporting political leaders and citizens around the world.” In particular, I think the Article 5 of the DPCW can help us. Some of the following are excerpts.
Article 5 – Self-determination
1. The duty of every state to refrain from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any other state includes the duty not to engage in any action that would result in the dismemberment of any state, or force the secession or annexation of any territorial unit from that state.
2. Subject to the right to self-determination of peoples, states shall not engage in any intervention that seeks to divide or separate a state in a manner that is contrary to the rules of international law.
3. Subject to the provisions of the present article, States should encourage identifiable nation-states that have been divided by longstanding external or historical factors to engage in co-operation and dialogue. States should ensure that divided peoples are provided with their right to self-determination, including, inter alia, measures which may result in unified government.

IPYG all over the world is urging presidents from around the world to sign the DPCW. In less than a year, 165,782 Peace Letters were collected. DPCW already has national supports such as Seychelles, Eswatini, and Comoros. In 2017, the central american parliament passed a resolution in support of the DPCW. Also, the Pan-African Parliament (PAP), which represents all citizens of 55 countries of the African Continent, the International Centre for Black Sea-Baltic Studies and Consensus Practices (Centre BBS), which consisted of former European Presidents, and 145 United Nations officials also supported the DPCW.
Please support the DPCW to be introduced into the U.N. resolution and to be legally binding all over the world.

What is HWPL?
