“How to change the world” William McRaven

The way to change the world

When I wake up every morning, I open my eyes with annoyanceQuickly take a shower and run to school. When I sit at my desk, I just look at the blackboard vacantly. What can I do? These question often come to me as ‘lethargy‘. I just do the things which are given to me. Write down and think of it for a little. I really seems to be passive. What can I do for the world? But it is not just my problem. So thinking about this is meaningful for us. Do you want to change the world?

If you want to change the world

A STEP TOWARDS PEACE "How to change the world" William McRaven William McRaven The way to change the world Start off by Making your bed lethargy Jane Goodall habitual thinking “If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed.” You can think ‘What on earth does it mean?’ We can think ‘It is of no use doing that’ like it’s been every day. This is our level of consciousness. Our habit of thinking is so scary. My thinking blocks me. And it makes no pretense. You don’t know who the criminal is. You can blame for innocent others, society. But I want you to know “It is not your fault“. It’s just a difference of habitual thinking. “If you make your bed every morning you will have accomplished the first task of the day. It will give you a small sense of pride.” I think it can make you start something. You can have a confidence.

And, if by chance you have a miserable day, you will come home to a bed that is made — that you made — and a made bed gives you encouragement that tomorrow will be better.– William McRaven

Start off by Making your bed

A STEP TOWARDS PEACE "How to change the world" William McRaven William McRaven The way to change the world Start off by Making your bed lethargy Jane Goodall habitual thinking     “If you can’t do the little things right, you will never do the big things right.” It remind me of Jane Goodall‘s quotes. It has a same impact to me. “You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.” Everything is up to you. Everyday there is something you can do. You are not alone. 🙂

You are also taught that if a shark begins to circle your position—stand your ground. Do not swim away. Do not act afraid. then summons up all your strength and punch him in the snout. If you want to change the world, don’t back down from the sharks.” – William McRaven

Peace is up to you :0 Good luck!
