Secrets of Google : How google work?

Google quarterly announced to employees. Announce what? Information that the management reported to the Board of Directors. There are many secrets enough to be classified as confidential but they tell employees frankly. Then Larry Page, ceo of google, announced what’s at stake and assignment. That’s not all. Just over 10 departmental senior vice president described the impact of announcement to his staff. And then Vice President – Director – individual employees share opinions by narrowing its scope. 30,000 employees must go through this process without exception. It takes two~three weeks. It’s the Secrets of Google!

Through this procedure, Employees set own goals. My goal is to be the goal of the company and company’s goal is to be my task. And share every Friday at ‘TGIF’ event. What will happen at the end of the quarter? Go up-stream! Employees talk how much they achieved in 3 months. And share it with team leader – Director – Vice President – CEO. How amazing it is! It really could be called God’s job.
