What I learned from 100 days of rejection

Do you have any hard time to live? When is it? When you are depressed, how do you react? Fight or Flight? I want to run away. I want no one to see me. Really I want to hide. I’d like to forget the whole thing. We think it is only a dead end. We can’t think of anything else. But this is not the end. Jia Jiang : What I learned from 100 days of rejection. Did you see? He was rejected intentionally. What did he get? Let’s see one by one.

In my research I found that people who really change the world, who change the way we live and the way we think, are the people who were met with initial and often violent rejections. People like Martin Luther King, Jr., like Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, or even Jesus Christ. – Jia Jiang

When you are depressed : Don’t give up

There are many people who do ‘Days of rejection‘. What do they get? Jia Jiang said, “The fear of rejection has bothered me my whole life because I was running away from it. Then I started embracing it. I turned that into the biggest gift in my life.” I think they all looked very proud  and confident. I really envy them. They look really happy and It seems like there is no obstacle. Also, What‘s impressed me is “What I really wanted to do was learn, and to change myself.” So he started project “100 days of rejection”. I want to do these things too. Everything is up to you 🙂
