8th HWPL Peace Day in Philippines

Hi, I’m Ming, who loves peace.

In fact, we are often busy making a living day by day, but I feel that it’s because my vision is too narrow.

If I look at the wider and bigger world and put my eyes on it, I think I realize that the problems I’m experiencing are small things. 🙂

Today, I want to introduce something that surprised me in the past. He melted the gun to make a sickle. :0

Title: Law of Peace in Heaven and on Earth

An international online peace conference will be held to celebrate the 8th anniversary of a civilian-led peace agreement in Mindanao on the 24th of January. The day was designated as the HWPL Peace Day by the Province of Maguindanao and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) in the Philippines.

The event, under the theme of “Law of Peace in Heaven and on Earth” is supposed to gather more than 2,000 social representatives.

In addition, this event will serve as a venue to raise public support for establishing an international law for peace based on the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW) and to promote interfaith harmony between religions.

I personally think the HWPL method is very wise.
Moving citizens, this is their way. 🙂

It’s already the 8th…? It’s cool that they seem to move forward every year.

Peace is a direct feeling. Peace is difficult to come close unless you think and act in person and meet people. Scatter your good influence around you from now on!

On September 24, 2021 – Heavenly Culture World Peace Restoration of Light (HWPL) held a virtual conference titled “A New Normal for Sustainable Peace.”

According to this article, participants discussed how HWPL has contributed to peace in the Caribbean region and collected best practices for future initiatives.

The names of the 14 notable people are written in the article, so go take a look. Many people are trying for peace.

It seems that there are no such people around us, but people who want peace are connected anywhere in the world. Like a network of lights!

HWPL is not people who stay still. Because of our great unity, we are stronger than anyone else because we are firmly united. Soon a huge snowball will roll. It will create a big wind in the world!

The Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), which is presented as the answer to peace, remains a strong solution.

The DPCW has already been enacted as a National Declaration in several countries worldwide, including Antigua and Barbuda, Seychelles, and Eswatini, and international organizations such as the Central American Parliament.

I hope you can be the light of peace!

Man Hee Lee Quotes: 7th HWPL World Peace Summit

The replay link has come out! I think there is only one key point. That we are one! Why should we be one?

The reason why we don’t know the reason is that we’ve never been one. But I realized what it was to be one by watching HWPL’s events every year.

Is it realistic to think about the real possibility of peace? No.
We have the power to make it a reality. Its power is youth and women.

And there is the Chairman Man Hee Lee, who leads all of them at the center.
I want to introduce his quotes.

A STEP TOWARDS PEACE Man Hee Lee Quotes: 7th HWPL World Peace Summit WARPsummit_7th Replay Peace manheelee peace quotes Manheelee DPCW 918 WARP Summit 2021 HWPL World Peace Summit

“Due to the emergence of COVID-19, the world is going through a very difficult time. Dear members of HWPL, with not a single person left behind, let us strive together to reach the destination we all hoped to arrive at.”

“What is our purpose? It is to bring wars to an end and build a peaceful world to pass it down as a lasting legacy for our future generations. To this end, I have gone on 31 tours across the globe.”

“What you had said is still vivid in my mind and alive. Until the day our goal is reached, let us not change. What do we always say? We say, ‘We are one.’ We are one.”

“To bring peace and cessation of war to the world, I transcended nationality, ethnicity, and religion while visiting various countries, and you have welcomed this humble person with gracious hospitality. What did those meetings boil down to? It showed that we are one.”

“What is the purpose embodied in this slogan, “We are one”? It is to end all wars and to make a peaceful world to leave it as a lasting legacy for future generations. With such determination and goal, we have met, and I went on global tours again and again for this.”

“We will do so by being one in heart and mind. When I visited your countries, what did we promise? We promised to be one, with “We are one,” and pledged to jointly achieve peace.”

A STEP TOWARDS PEACE Man Hee Lee Quotes: 7th HWPL World Peace Summit WARPsummit_7th Replay Peace manheelee peace quotes Manheelee DPCW 918 WARP Summit 2021 HWPL World Peace Summit

“So we should not just sit on our hands and look on at the world. We need to achieve our goal. This will not change. Then, who will do this work? It is us, the family of HWPL. This is also our mission, and there is nothing greater than this.”

“Everyone, in this world, people value things such as wealth and power, but what is more valuable is a peaceful, warless world. Without peace, anything we build will be destroyed in the end. This is why all of us need to cooperate and achieve peace in one heart.”

I think it’s comforting that there are people who act for peace somewhere in the world.

love peace… I wonder how beautiful it means.

Who wants peace? I actually think we all want peace. But in fact, we don’t seem to have time to think about peace because we’re too busy making ends meet.

But I think we can do that because we are safe. Because that’s not my job. But there are still people whose parents died in the war right now. People die every day in disputed areas.

In the end, we all become one community. No matter how far away we are, it seems most important to know that we are one.

HWPL is the most powerful peace organization that practices this meaning. In particular, civic groups of HWPL really love peace. I think the power of young people(IPYG) and mothers(IWPG) will break through any difficulties ahead of us.

A STEP TOWARDS PEACE 2021 7th HWPL World Peace Summit Replay WARPsummit_7th Replay Peace Manheelee DPCW 918 WARP Summit 2021 HWPL World Peace Summit

Mr. Man Hee Lee, the chairman of HWPL, said “What’s our goal? To end the global war. To achieve peace and make it an eternal legacy for future generations.

What did we say? We said, ‘We are one.’

I remember the days when we ran together hoping for one wish.
We shouldn’t just look at this global village. We need to achieve our goal, right?

Who would work on this? HWPL family should do it, right? It’s our mission. There’s nothing bigger than this.
Should the global village be destroyed by war? It shouldn’t happen. It is not love, but destruction. We have to love, right?
We all have to love like one body.

People usually like money and power, but what’s better than that is to achieve peace without war.
Without peace, no matter what we have achieved, everything will be destroyed.
Lastly, let’s talk about the one thing we promised and shout it out together. We are one! Thank you.”

The Pandemic prevented us from meeting, but we became more connected. It’s like a network of lights.

In fact, I want to say everything in the video one by one.
You can feel it and know it when you see it in person.
I wish I could feel the power of HWPL.

Peace is up to you :0 Good luck!

IWPG is a world-class women’s NGO registered with the United Nations Department of Global Communications (UNDGC) and obtained a special consultation position with the UN Economic and Social Council (UNECOSOC), and is an organization that continues its activities for world peace and women with HWPL.

It is headquartered in Seoul, Korea, and has about 400 cooperative organizations (MOA) in 52 countries, including about 100 branches in Korea and abroad. It also promotes the enactment of the “DPCW” as an international law with legal effect through activities to support and urge peace international law, and helps all women in the world learn and practice the spirit of peace through education.

It is meaningful in that more than 800 female leaders from around the world joined the event online.

Yoon Hyun-sook, the representative of IWPG, said in a greeting, “IWPG has become a wing of peace to realize world peace and has run with HWPL,” stressing, “Our peace activities have not stopped even in unexpected pandemic situations.”

“We are still doing our best by converting all activities into non-face-to-face online activities, communicating with IWPG members around the world for sustainable peace,” he said adding, “3.9 billion women of IWPG will complete the realization of world peace with HWPL.”

A STEP TOWARDS PEACE 2021 IWPG Peace Conference 'Role of Women' Yoon Hyun Sook Women_role Peace IWPG InternationalWomen_PeaceConfrerence 918 WARP Summit 2021 HWPL World Peace Summit

Laws and systems are needed to completely settle peace, Yoon said. “The “Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War(DPCW)” can prevent wars and disputes at the source. We will continue our activities to urge them to be enacted as binding bills.”

In this regard, Yoon, who also introduced the “Plant Peace (Planting Peace)” movement, wished for the settlement of peace. The Plant Peace Movement is a project that transforms the culture of discrimination, violence, conflict and war into a culture of peace. Peace culture is being planted for children and adolescents around the world through peace education.

I was impressed by the words of the Minister of Uganda. She said women around the world should “feel the role” they discussed today.

When I watched this conference on YouTube, I felt that peace could be surprisingly easy.
In fact, peace is not difficult. I think it’s because of my narrowed mind that I think it’s difficult. If the level of our mind is much higher, if we are close to the level of Jesus, there will be nothing we cannot do.

But we always fight against evil minds. If we can win it, peace will surely come true.

7th Peace Tour: US, Latin America, Maya

Have you ever heard of HWPL?

The name HWPL has many meanings. Many people’s desperation, tears, pain, and desperation are embedded in the name.

For some it’s the object of ridicule, for others it’s the light of hope. I’d like to introduce that intense light this time.

The 7th peace tour of the HWPL (Chairman Man-hee Lee) lasted 18 days from October 30 to November 16, 2013, and had 39 large and small schedules. There were days when they had seven schedules in one day. It was a murderous schedule. Among them, there was a notable move, so it was a visit to the Meredith Victory and a meeting with the Mayan people, which is now scattered.

The chairman Lee, who also participated in the 625 Korean War as a student, hosted a peace seminar with 50 heads of youth organizations, 500 young people, 100 VIPs and 50 broadcasting media.

"Should young people die in war without ever blooming? What can you do to compensate for death? Can you make them live again?"

“Not only Guatemala but also many Latin American countries desperately want peace,” Minister Carlos Enrique Batzin Chojoj, representative of one of the 22 Mayan tribes, said in a meeting with Lee. “I want to work hard with you for world peace.” After the talks, Lee and Carlos Baiqin signed a peace treaty. It was the first peace treaty in the history of the Mayan people. The Mayan 22 tribes number 12 million.

Later, he visited the village of Chuarrancho, where the Mayan people live, as well as talks with the Mayan tribal leaders. Many people came out in traditional clothes and welcomed them.

During 7th peace tour, Man-hee Lee met with four former and current presidents, Guatemala’s 32nd President Álvaro Enrique Arzú Yrigoyen, Costa Rica’s 46th President Laura Chinchilla Miranda, Nicaragua’s 53rd President Enrique José Bolaños Geyer, and Colombia’s 56th President Ernesto Samper Pizano.

There have been many peace walking events, and May 25 was a truly meaningful peace festival.

I’ve walked with them before, too. It’s different from Santiago’s pilgrimage, but it’s the same. Why do people walk? I think it’s to find the answer. HWPL peace walking has a clear answer!

The event commemorated the Declaration of World Peace, proclaimed on May 25th in 2013. From this peace initiative, HWPL says that millions of global citizens for 8 years have participated in promoting peace projects.

These projects are locally fitted to creating a favorable environment of peace, including education, relief, and forums to offer public policies to meet the needs of the community.

On May 25, 2021, HWPL’s 8th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace was held online and attended by around 3,000 people from 150 countries around the world.

The event is held annually by an international peace NGO named Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) in association with its affiliated groups, International Peace Youth Group (IPYG) and International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG).

It couldn’t be opened last year due to Corona, but I’m so grateful that it’s reopened this time. As expected, COVID-19 cannot stop the flow of peace.

The Declaration of World Peace was proclaimed on May 25th in 2013. From this peace initiative, millions of global citizens for 8 years have participated in promoting peace projects.

There are too many to list, but the HWPL is the most substantial and powerful peace organisation I know. The scariest power is that people serve only peace for nothing. Are there people like this around you? I’m sure he’s a nice guy.

What is at the heart of this event?

  • the cooperation of each state to establish international law for peace
  • the role of the media in contribution to sharing information of peace
  • the active peace movement of youth and women

Why youth and women? They were the biggest victims of the war. But that’s why they’re trying to be the greatest actors for peace.

Chairwoman Pascale Isho Warda of Hammurabi Human Rights Organization(HHRO) in Iraq, who was appointed as Minister of Migration and Displacement by the UN from 2004 to 2005, introduced a legislation project of law that prevents violence against women and children in cooperation with IWPG.

Regarding the importance of peace activities through education, she said, “We need to learn the mechanism of guiding everyone to become a tool of peace, strengthening from daily life, and sometimes throughout the simplest matter of life, starting with personal peace with oneself, in the family, and with others.”

Ven. Ashin Htavara, General Secretary of All Burmese Monks Representative Committee in Norway, who went through the Saffron Revolution in 2007, stated that 3 HWPL Peace Libraries were established in Payapon, Myanmar and that a fourth library is currently being prepared.

“There are too few libraries for children in Myanmar. I wanted to give hope to these little children. In the future, the library will conduct peace education, peace activities, and peace campaigns, and we will do everything that can help achieve peace,” he said.

Is there a possibility of peace in the future?

No one knows about it. But the only thing I can be sure of is that it goes our way. One might be skeptical of us as naive people. But I believe in the power of words and writings. I believe in the power of thought. We will be just as we thought.

Do you know a miracle in Maowusu(毛鳥素) desert? It is a story about a woman(Yin Yuzhen, 殷玉眞) who has worked for decades to create dozens of kilometers of forest in the desert.

Twenty years old, she did not give in. She woke up at 3 a.m., went to a seedling farm 19 kilometers away, bought seedlings and grass seeds, and when grass grew, the hard labor of planting trees on them. It became her daily routine for 20 years.

Let us all leave peace as a legacy of future generations.

“It is we in this day who have to do all the necessary things to make peace and prevent our globe from being destroyed. War does not end with words, but it comes to an end with our practical actions. I believe that this can be achieved since no one in our global village is not willing to see peace,” highlighted Chairman Man Hee Lee of HWPL.

Peace is up to you :0 Good luck!

Singer IU songs in my playlist

It is the representative song of the recent album. Lilac seems to fit in with her too well.

It is so famous in Korea that I wonder if there is such a long-loved singer. She debuted at a young age and is steadily popular.

What is the secret to her popularity? I think it’s her personality. She’s a person who has endless stories of good things.

And her hobby is giving a gift to people around her with a note!

It is a song with SUGA of BTS. It was very popular last year when the covid-19 was severe.

Interestingly, each album has its own color. Yellow in 2018, blue in 2019, orange in 2020, and lilac in 2021.

IU is so nice. I turn it on every morning when I’m bored.

Honestly, isn’t she so pretty? It’s so pretty that I think I can break the wall. 🙂

Do you have a favorite singer? Please leave comments.

Myanmar Crisis: How can we help?

Myanmar Crisis TIMELINE (death toll)

February 1: The military detains Aung San Suu Kyi, President Win Myint and other senior figures from the ruling National League for Democracy (NLD) in an early morning raid.

A military coup was successful, and at the same time, all the Internet was blocked across Myanmar, and soldiers are deployed on the roads.

February 7 to 17: But the citizens soon took to the streets, and they fought really hard. Already aware of democratization, they could not stop the demonstration. It’s not just them, it’s their future. About 100,000 people gathered in Yangon on February 17.

Starting with water cannons, tear gas, rubber bullets, and even real bullets, two people were shot. One of them died a few days later.

February 19: Mya Thwate Thwate Khaing, the young woman shot in the head in Naypyidaw, dies from her wounds.

February 28: At least 18 people killed as police fire on protesters, the UN human rights office says.

March 3: At least 38 people killed in bloodiest crackdown, UN says.

March 26: The Assistance Association for Political Prisoners (AAPP), a human rights organization in Myanmar (Burma), said the cumulative death toll was 328.

March 27 Armed Forces Day: Myanmar NOW, a local media outlet, said 114 citizens died in one day on the 27th. That means the total number of deaths is over 450.

Human rights violations become more violent

It’s getting bolder and more serious. There are so many on YouTube. It shows how military and police officers treat citizens. It is so sad..

“The cruelty of Myanmar’s military and police yesterday was a different dimension than what we’ve seen,” the BBC said. “It’s painful to count the number of deaths, especially for children.”

According to local media in Myanmar, more than 20 children have died in the two months since the military coup.

Also, citizens who did not participate in the demonstration were shot dead by military and police.

“A drinking water delivery man and a passerby were shot to death in the head and stomach,” said a nurse working in Yangon.

How can we help?

Myanmar nun Sister Ann Rose Nu Tawng knelt down and begged them.

“I knelt down… begging them not to shoot and torture the children, but to shoot me and kill me instead,” she told AFP.

The one nun raised a great deal of courage around the world. The Pope also mentioned her. Many people have been rooting for Myanmar since the crisis began.

The HWPL issued a statement and appealed to the world.

“We, Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL), express deep concern over the situation in Myanmar, which has caused casualties and posed grave threats to human rights.”

“Human life must not be disregarded in any circumstances. No conflict of interest can justify violence against civilians, and no interest of any group can prevail over human life.”

“HWPL, along with our members all over the globe are deeply concerned about the harm caused to civilians by the escalating violence in Myanmar. International attention is focused on Myanmar, and history will remember these moments.”
