Always when we start something, I’m happy and my heart throb with joy. First day, exercise very hard! And tomorrow we just don‘t want to do nothing no more. HAHAHA. Then after 6 months, we plan to work out again. I am happy that I can’t remember anything. I’m just pleased again! Now I want to have a nice body. How can? I suggest 30 Day Plank Workout!

30 Day Plank Workout : Don’t give up

I started to do push-ups. Today is 7 days. At first it was really hard, but It is possible because of my friend. But soon it proceeds slowly. I want to start plank to refresh our workout. How to do Plank is just there. But It is not the reason that we didn’t do exercise. We always know workout is good for health. I feel more better. But we didn’t do. Why? Because our brain feel changes are the same as “death“. So we don’t want fundamentally. But we have no choice but to do workout. Let’s count together!

ECO Campaign : Restore Renew Nature’s Green

Greenery : Color trend of the Year 2017

“Greenery bursts forth in 2017 to provide us with the hope we collectively yearn for amid a complex social and political landscape, Greenery symbolizes the reconnection we seek with nature, one another and a larger purpose.” Leatrice Eiseman, executive director of the Pantone’s color consulting arm, said. Why Greenery? It is a symbolic color of ECO campaign. What do you think about ‘ECO‘? Eco-friendly goods are more popular. These days, some of my friends have a lot of concern for the environment. There is a flock of ideas. First, Green roof. Noted that there were so much effect. Absorbing rainwater, Providing insulation, Decreasing stress of the people and Helping to lower urban air temperatures and mitigate the heat island effect. Second, Vertical forest(Bosco Verticale) project. It is a pair of residential towers in the Porta Nuova district of Milan, Italy. It is just a tower. Tree tower! This vertical forest has 900 trees(550 and 350 trees respectively). It has the same effect of 7,000 square meter forest. It’s so amazing!

What I learned from 100 days of rejection

Do you have any hard time to live? When is it? When you are depressed, how do you react? Fight or Flight? I want to run away. I want no one to see me. Really I want to hide. I’d like to forget the whole thing. We think it is only a dead end. We can’t think of anything else. But this is not the end. Jia Jiang : What I learned from 100 days of rejection. Did you see? When you are depressed : Don’t give up

There are many people who do ‘Days of rejection‘. What do they get? Jia Jiang said, “The fear of rejection has bothered me my whole life because I was running away from it. Then I started embracing it. I turned that into the biggest gift in my life.” I think they all looked very proud and confident. I really envy them. They look really happy and It seems like there is no obstacle. Also, What‘s impressed me is “What I really wanted to do was learn, and to change myself.” So he started project “100 days of rejection”. I want to do these things too. Everything is up to you 🙂

It’s a good Inspirational video. If you go to travel and look around, you can see many homeless. What do you think? “I feel pity. I want to help them.” “I think we should not give him a money. He can not stand on his own feet because of us.” Ah, what do you think about a veteran by chance? If they are the same person? That’s right. I’m sad that the veteran became homeless. He was the people who fought for our country. Maybe there is a long story behind it. It is very touching my mind.

Barcelona terror protest : “We are not afraid”

Barcelona terror protest : What you afraid?

Do you know what happened? On August, 500,000 people gathered in Barcelona. It is the ‘Barcelona terror protest’. This is no small thing. They shouted “We are not afraid”! When looking at people, they wanted something. What do you see? I can see a mature sense of citizenship. They really want peace. They heartily comfort victim and families of the victims. I’ll tell you what happened. Teens and twenties rammed a van into pedestrians walking along Las Ramblas killing 15 and injuring more than 100. What’s more cool? Their slogan is #Imnotafraid #NoTincPor.

I think it seems to be the global trend. The people convey our determination exactly and maturely. For example, In Korea 2,300,000 people gathered every week for their country. I think we ought to follow the example. Barcelona terror protest is a good example with above examples. Maybe we can think 500,000 people is a lot. In fact, It is not. How many people in Barcelona! Letters to Me : Self reflection #6

The unexamined life is not worth living. – Socrates

I got scold by the professor

I was sitting peacefully at a desk at the time. But the professor shouted at me. “Who is that! You! You! Submit a letter of apology!” I was bitter. Why should I get scold? What did I do wrong? I thought about it long and hard. The professor stood at the lectern and gave his lecture. The professor said, “The unexamined life is not worth living. A terrible group didn’t reflect themselves. A terrible group has many power in a terrible society. Do not overuse your power! We have to reflect and fix it.” It is about self reflection.

Self reflection : I was moved

Actually, I have criticized that terrible group who didn’t reflect. However, today, I realized something important. Neither do I. Do I reflect? Nope. I didn’t want to admit it. I didn’t want to say my fault. What’s different between they and I? Now I understand what Socrates said. What a cool person? What a wonderful world that would be! The shouting of professor brought me back to reality. I want to get scold more. Then I can do self reflection. It’s up to me. Good luck!
