Because you must pick up your CEO with your hand. Didn’t you almost pass out? I was really surprised at first. If you want to be a team leader, you should be more than 50 percent of an approval rating. If you want to be a CEO, you should be more than 70 percent of an approval rating. Aren’t you fun? I think it is a ‘fun ownership’. I can’t believe it. It is not the end. The Founder stepped down as the CEO. Wow… But actually here it is.

First of all, the founder declared “If I can’t get 80 percent, I will step down as CEO.” The result? He gained 79.2% in 2013. It is just one vote. He set up this company with 2,500 dollars. After 15 years? Annual sale is 178.7 million dollars. He was the CEO for 15 years. Could he easily step out? He was up all night. Then, he said “What’s your hope, salaried employee? Maybe it’s promotion. If we don’t give up our vested rights, This hope is not exist. Today is the day of hope!” It brings a sense of ownership to employees. It is the core value of ‘tourbaksa’. The core force leading company is ‘Fun’ He want to make ‘fun company’ than just make money. Fun ownership comes from Fun owner. If you vote, you can receive 500 dollar pocket money. A new employee(2 weeks) participated in an interview as a interviewer. You can see a continuation in the upward trend in sales. I want to know how much they can do it.

I came to Korea from Australia for a while. When I go out, I feel like I’m melting. Everything is melting!   A freshman often said “I don’t know what I want to do.” A sophomore said “The first grade is the time to play really hard.” A Senior in college said “Honestly I really don‘t know what to do.” And forget the whole thing while drinking. And they have a terrible hangover together. Comfort each other saying it’s a sick day of youth. Ordinary college students, it is.

Google quarterly announced to employees. Announce what? Information that the management reported to the Board of Directors. There are many secrets enough to be classified as confidential but they tell employees frankly. Then Larry Page, ceo of google, announced what’s at stake and assignment. That’s not all. Just over 10 departmental senior vice president described the impact of announcement to his staff. And then Vice President – Director – individual employees share opinions by narrowing its scope. 30,000 employees must go through this process without exception. It takes two~three weeks. It’s the Secrets of Google!

Through this procedure, Employees set own goals. My goal is to be the goal of the company and company’s goal is to be my task. And share every Friday at ‘TGIF’ event. What will happen at the end of the quarter? Go up-stream! Employees talk how much they achieved in 3 months. And share it with team leader – Director – Vice President – CEO. How amazing it is! It really could be called God’s job.

A Aleppo boy unveiled ‘Nightmare of Syrian jail’

Why Peace?

What do you think is the most terrible thing in the world? Snake? Ghost? I think it’s a ‘Syrian jail’. Do you know ‘Sednaya Prison‘? It is a military prison near Damascus in Syria. A Aleppo boy(15 years old) was imprisoned for 10 months two years back. The awful thing is that Sednaya Prison is called killing field. Recently, this boy sent ‘a record of Syrian prison’ to the Guardian, British daily.

“Today is the UN’s International Day for Support of Victims of Torture. Unfortunately in Syria, there is no shortage of victims of torture. Tens of thousands of us have been thrown in Assad’s prisons and tortured beyond what our bodies and minds can take.”

“When I was first arrested, I was taken to security branch headquarters near Damascus, where I was tortured during sessions of interrogation for 58 days straight. After 58 days of this treatment, I had no choice but to sign false confessions that the interrogator himself wrote. I put my name to offences I had never committed, and confessions about people I had never met. I was even forced to sign a document that accused my brother of being an armed rebel.”

Saydnaya is where you go to die

“I was held in that branch for four-and-a-half months, then moved to the political security administration at Fayha’ in Damascus. Here I was tortured in even more ways. I was given electric shocks on sensitive parts of my body; suspended from the ceiling; tortured using brutal methods known as “wind carpet”, “the wheel”, and “the bed”. This went on for another three months.”

“This is when I was transferred to Saydnaya military prison. The Living Persons’ Graveyard. The Human Slaughterhouse. These are names that describe Saydnaya.”

“We survived on scraps of rubbish for food. We became so starved that our bodies stopped looking human. And we were whipped, beaten, starved, given electric shocks. We saw people taken to be hanged en masse. There are stories of prisoners being forced to rape each other, or of guards raping prisoners. There are stories of guards forcing prisoners to kill their own friends and family, or be tortured and executed. Saydnaya is hell on Earth.”

“In October 2015, after 10 months of detention, I won my freedom. But my mind will never be free. I’ve been taken hostage by the cries of my fellow prisoners”

Dream Motivation : Who are you?

It’s hard changing your life. You may be in a lot of disappointment, a lot of failure, a lot of pain. How was your day today? Is it tough? Why is this happening to me? Please answer me! I can’t understand anything! Perhaps, there may be no growth and development for years. Do you know about yourself? It is never easy question to answer. If you can’t find the answer, Dream Motivation is no where.

Journey to seek a sense of identity

JUST TAKE THE FIRST STEP identity growth Dream Motivation Don’t let nobody steal your dream  When you become the ‘right-person’, what you do is you start separating yourself from other people. You may take disgusted looks lying down. It’s necessary to get the losers out of your life. But it is not the end. Do you want a happy ending? You can say ‘I want a council, I want to be a engineer, I want to be a doctor.’

Listen to me : You can’t get to that level.

You can’t get to that level economically where you want to be, until you start invest in your mind. You are not reading books!!! To Invest in you! JUST TAKE THE FIRST STEP! Don’t let nobody steal your dream!

While I are writing a front sentence, ten more people die. Are you sad? I’m not sad. I‘m afraid there’s no more I can do. Actually sad because of it. I hate the fear inside of me. I hate me who even don’t try. When I know I can’t even feel it, I feel like everything is crashing down. Now, it’s time to move on. But what can I do?

For missionary work

I say ‘attitudes and values‘. I want to ask you one question. What is to remain in your heart? I think it is a moving experience. How many times are you touched? When is it? I think it is words. Meaningful words are the ones that have stuck in my mind. So I want to go missionary work. Though I should not necessarily through this method, I want to walk once. I want to be a memorable man. I want to stand on my own two feet. Finally next is my dearest word.

We have to work far beyond our ability. Always being out on the edge is where heaven will help us. That’s faith.
