Article 8 – Freedom of religion

1. States should unite to strengthen international efforts to foster a global dialogue for the promotion of a culture of tolerance and peace at all levels, based on respect for human rights and diversity of religions and beliefs.

2. States should activate and participate in systems to enforce and protect fundamental human rights, eliminating discrimination on the basis of religion or belief, and should refrain from and prohibit the usage of religion by governments, groups, or individuals in order to justify or to incite acts of violence against others. These systems should include, inter alia, judicial mechanisms.

3. States should foster religious freedom by allowing members of religious communities to practice their religion, whether publicly or in private, and by protecting places of worship and religious sites, cemeteries, and shrines.

Cohesive WARP OFFICE

World alliance of religions and peace(WARP) Office is founded to achieve Article 8 of DPCW. Religious leaders should take the lead in fostering harmony among religions through the WARP Offices established in various parts of the world. The alliance of religions is the earnest hope of all humanity. It is called by an ‘Innovative Approach‘ to Religious Dialogue. The key point is ‘Scriptural texts‘ of each religion. The WARP Office aim to prevent the conflicts caused by religious misunderstandings. They march to peace to teach each scripture of religion.

Vision of Peace law : Step by Step

‘Legislate Peace Campaign‘ was active to present DPCW to the United Nations.(campaign page) Now 300,000 people is moving fast. For Peace! Finally, they call on world leaders and governments to develop and enforce a law based on the principles of the DPCW. They are passionate and strong. Why ‘Legislate Peace Campaign‘? It is based on Article 10 “Spreading a culture of peace” I write it at the bottom. Actually the effect of culture is very powerful. It affects you unconsciously. To change the world was difficult, but that’s the easy bit. Why difficult? Why easy? If you want to change the world, it is hard. But if you change yourself, it is very easy!

DPCW Article 10 “Spreading a culture of peace”

1. States should recognize and engage with groups and organizations that seek to further the cause of peace as a global movement. States should facilitate such groups in their awareness-raising activities, including providing tuition in human rights and peace studies, as provided for, inter alia, in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1999 UN Declaration on a Culture of Peace.

2. States should recognize that, in order to preserve a lasting culture of peace, public awareness of the need for, and value of, peace should be created. In this regard, states are encouraged to facilitate activities, commemorations, and initiatives that engage public consciousness with peace, including the erection of peace monuments as an alternative to war monuments.

3. Heads of state and heads of government should acknowledge that they are uniquely well placed to encourage a culture of peace, and should act to support this declaration to bring about the cessation of war.

4. States should promote a culture of peace including ensuring conditions in which-
(a) citizens are able to participate in the political affairs of the state as equals regardless of religious or ethnic differences;
(b) a free media is maintained which allows grievances to be aired and addressed;
(c) education is imparted to promote respect and mutual understanding among different religious, belief and ethnic groups;
(d) the right to development of peoples, including the achievement of the UN sustainable development goals, can be realized; and
(e) the well-being of all human kind with the participation of women and men to ensure peaceful coexistence amongst nations, states, and peoples may be guaranteed.

Peace Walk : 25 May, 2017!

What day is tomorrow? The day I sleep late? Nope. Tomorrow is 25 May! It is 4th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace. It started by HWPL(Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light) with IPYG & IWPG. HWPL is working in conjunction with the International Women’s Peace Group (IWPG) and the International Peace Youth Group (IPYG). Their mission is achieving world peace and the cessation of war. Why do we do that?

Why do we Gather?

Why do we achieve world peace and the cessation of war?

As you know, Crowds gather for vigil in Manchester’s albert square on 23 May, 2017. Many crowds are angry and sorrowful. Terror, attacks and war are everywhere in the world. It is happening right now when just we can’t see, hear and can’t think about this catastrophe. It is real. It is not fantasy and a movie. Now, millions of people are dying from lack of food, shelter and medical aid. They can be our mother, father and my sisters. Are you angry? But movement is more important than just anger. We have to do more than just talk. How can we achieve? How can? What can we do? It is important.

HWPL International Law Peace Committee is comprised of renowned international law experts from 15 countries. Their goal is to legislate the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW).

HWPL Advisory Council consists of distinguished world leaders. HWPL Publicity Ambassadors are well-known personalities. They make a promise to participate in publicizing.

On March 14 HWPL : 1st Annual Peace Forum of Declaration of International Law

On March 14, what day?

White Day is celebrated on March 14 in Korea. The day is also in Japan and Taiwan. But there is no White Day in the United States. It doesn’t matter. What day is it? Drum roll sound~~~~~ 1st Annual Peace Forum of Declaration of International Law!!!!!!! It’s so long. I am a little out of breath. HAHAHA. On March 14, 2016, the declaration for the achivement of world peace in this era was proclaimed. It’s a international law. Wow. It’s cool. This law remove war in the world without exception. Many influential people are gathered to celebrate this day. 🙂

Peace Forum : Peace is coming!

We pursue peaceful world. In our history, Peace was sometimes identified as a coordinate concept of war. We realized then how peace is precious only after losing. If you want to know about this opinion, Click here. Real PEACE is hard to believe and imagine. But someone try hard to achieve Peace. HWPL(Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light) does. Why can HWPL do it?

Why? : HWPL has the answer

The chairman of HWPL said “We have the answer to achieve Peace” When I heard it first, I can’t understand what it means. Could you know what it means? IPYG is a group of young people. IWPG is a group of mother. There are really a lot of people. I can’t understand why these two huge group follow HWPL. What a surprising is that leader of IWPG said the same thing. It is that “HWPL has the answer.”

Defamation : It’s a sad story

Hater can be everywhere. I heard there are many defamation about HWPL. Also I can’t understand it. I have a sad story. When I was young, I have a friend who always backbite other friends. I’m ashamed to say it, but honestly I also hate that target of rumors. But I had an amazing experience. When I really met that target friend, I was gonna cry. He was so distressed and I really misunderstood that friend. I was so ashamed. I think It is the same thing. boohoo

The pace in which HWPL has been working has been amazing. Through them the wind of peace is blowing through. Regardless of one’s race, religion or nationality, I truly desire that peace will be fulfilled. 🙂

Why am I interested in international law?

Now In Korea, Our new nation was built. This micronation’s name is ‘scheleland(maybe incorrect)‘.

How old is the president? He is 12 years old.

Where? On the roof of grandmother’s house.

Why did he found a nation? What’s surprising is that It is not joke. He is a very correctly recognize the reality. The reality is so absurd that, he feels. It is concrete and innovative. Also he made their own flag, money and the Constitution.

What’s surprising is establish diplomatic relations with Republic of Užupis. This nation has around 7,000 inhabitants, nearly 1,000 being artists. Wow.

I am in tears when a young chap announced the Constitution. He announced “SOVEREIGNTY RESTS WITH THE PEOPLE OF THE REPUBLIC OF SCHELELAND. ALL POWER COMES FROM THE PEOPLE”.

I’m interested in international law here. “What is law? What Role Does It Play?”

What is Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War(DPCW)?

Existing international law can not resolve the war.

The war should never happen.

So, New international law should be created.

It is birth background of Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War(DPCW).

I like this one best. Most say “The war can’t finish.” But this law says “The war must end.” This is groundbreaking and moving.

Introduce one of them. It is Article 6.

Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War(DPCW) – Article 6 “Dispute settlement”

1. States should recognize the obligation to settle their international disputes through peaceful means including reference to the International Court of Justice, other judicial bodies, regional judicial arrangements, or through arbitration, mediation, conciliation, or other forms of alternative dispute resolution and in such a manner that international peace and security are not endangered. States should carry out any judgment or decision reached by a judicial body in good faith.

2. All states are encouraged to accept the compulsory jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice, in accordance with Article 36, paragraph 2, of the Statute of the Court, without reservations, as a means of ensuring that disputes are settled peacefully and in accordance with international law.(http://peacelaw.org)

The Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War(DPCW) aims at promoting the strengthening of the dispute settlement mechanism at the international level.

The war must be forced to end.
