25 May, 2017 4th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace! Many peoples were gathered in the world for peace walk. It was more than 300,000 people. I’m here!!! We are passionate and powerful! It’s so funny and touching. Very Hot but we became One! There is no one who don’t know why we walk. We cry out for peace! Each of us has a different story. Our stories are heartbreaking in our own lives. But we have one dream! one voice and one movement!
How can we achieve?
Is it a naive desire? Nope
If you can’t believe us, you can see works. I didn’t these works but just I am interested in HWPL‘s walk. Its practical and substantive approach for peace is really attractive. Many things happened in 4 years.
In 2013, The Declaration of World Peace was proclaimed.
In 14 March, 2016 New international law was proclaimed by HWPL International Law Peace Committee(more info). It was called DPCW(Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War).

On March 14, 2018, I sat at a quiet cafe and watched ‘2nd DPCW’ live broadcast in Australia. The sky was so clear today. Maybe you don’t know, now I’m studying abroad in Australia. I’m from Korea. Unlike Korea, here seems to be more relaxing. ‘Did I come this far and learn all the things to learn?’ ‘Why am I here?’ On these thoughts, I heard the news from HWPL. Today is the 2nd Annual Commemoration of the DPCW. I know a lot of peace groups, but I don’t believe any one. Because they are only saying about peace, not moving. But I can’t help putting my trust in HWPL. We can know them by their walking.
HWPL has two Engines
HWPL‘s two Solutions to end WAR are DPCW & WARP. As you know, DPCW is the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War. WARP is the World Alliance of Religions’ Peace offices. In short, WARP Office. There are, of course, IPYG&IWPG who supports everything. In the previous post, we looked at DPCW. This time, we will look at WARPOffice thoroughly.

He prayed to God before to go Mindanao. He said “I won’t go if God don’t accompany me.” He called all the political leaders, religious leaders and citizens together in one place.
“Raise your hands!! If you want peace!!”, he shouted.Everyone raised their hands!!!! So two leader of Catholic and Muslim signed the peace agreement.
Itgavemethechills. 40 years of Catholic and Muslim religious war was over. This event has led to HWPL gaining an international reputation.
2016 Nobel Peace Prize : Why is peace agreement rejected?
The Norwegian Nobel Committee said the award should also be seen as a tribute to the Colombian people who, despite great hardships and abuses, have not given up hope of a just peace, and to all the parties who have contributed to the peace process. This tribute is paid, not least, to the representatives of the countless victims of the civil war.(nobelprize.org)

Cohesive WARP OFFICE
World alliance of religions and peace(WARP) Office is founded to achieve Article 8 of DPCW, ‘Freedom of Religion’. Religious leaders should take the lead in fostering harmony among religions through the WARP Offices established in various parts of the world. The alliance of religions is the earnest hope of all humanity. It is called by an ‘Innovative Approach‘ to Religious Dialogue. The key point is ‘Scriptural texts‘ of each religion. The WARP Office aim to prevent the conflicts caused by religious misunderstandings. They are marching to peace teaching each scripture of religion. In the short three years, the WARP Offices have seen rapid expansion with 218 offices now operating in 126 countries. I believe they can really achieve peace. 🙂
What day is it? Drum roll sound~~ 1st Annual Peace Forum of Declaration of International Law! On March 14, 2016, the declaration for the achivement of world peace in this era was proclaimed. It’s a international law. The objective of this law is to remove war in the world without exception. Many influential people are gathered to celebrate this day.
The chairman of HWPL said “We have the answerto achieve Peace” When I heard it first, I can’t understand what it means. Do you? HWPL is working with IPYG and IWPG. IPYG is a group of young people. IWPG is a group of mother. There are really a lot of people. I can’t understand why these two huge group follow HWPL. What a surprising is that leader of IWPG said the same thing. It is that “HWPL has the answer.”

The purpose of HWPL is to end WAR. Maybe you can think it is not possible. Is it so naive? Is it an unattainable ideal? But the walking of HWPL makes us to believe. We get a hope. I can have the faith that we can do it! and I can too. The HWPL’s Solutions is establishing of international law aiming to construct a world of peace. For long time, world has been struggling from war. As long as there are wars, we can’t expect peace for mankind.
HWPL Peaceful Day
We have clear way of hope. 10 articles and 38 clauses of declaration of world peace and cessation of war is the answer that has been integrated to all the peace activities. I’m sure that even in the future, there will not be more certain answer for peace. the existing international law is build that minimizes the damages due to wars and had been limited in terms of not being able to prevent wars. However, DPCW is truly an answer for peace that is able to solve full causes of war.
Since the declaration was made, IWPG along with members around the world was holding peace campaign and advocacy campaigns. Continuously along with UN women’s groups. We have been working for implementation of international law.
Just as there is the role of father and the role of mother in a household, there is a point of task given to people for each sector in order to make world peace in reality. In particular, for those who wants peace, being heartof a mother becomes a lifeline that can achieve world peace. The moment the women become into tremendous power possessing is the moment they become mother.
Ordinary people’s ordinary peace
Half of the world population is women. Chairman Lee believes the strength of women. And, we all able to achieve our objective.
If women uniteand bring wars to an end, we are able to bring legacy of peace to the future generation. This is true role of women who must take on as mother of this earth. I hope more women participate in an international society and let us gather support for the implementation of international law. All the women are here.
Please, jointhe advocacy campaigns for the implementation of international law. So we don’t have to be embarrassed to hold the tile of a mother. We have the strength to lead all mankind to world peace. Let us all achieve peace together. And leave world peace as a legacy for the future generations.

Now the world today, we need to make sure that we establish world peace without war. So we can leave that world peace to the generations afterwards.
We were traveling around different places around the world. This work of peace was spoken up everywhere we went to, going to colleges and doing the work of peace even in Mindanao. There was also political leaders in Mindanaowho came and met me also in Manila to ask to do this work of peace.
The earth is so vast and so big. Up to today, there wasn’t an answer for the work of peace thou. Furthermore, the only grew was the weapons of that massive destruction. So, this is why we as a family of this world and peace former and current presidents, law enforcement, regular citizen and religious leaders made an agreement in front of gate of peace came to 3rd WARP Summit in order to achieve peace and declare international law. this is very implementation.
We’ve called heaven and earth as witnesses to WARP Summit. In front of God and people in the world, we made an agreementto declare international law and unite religions. Also, the heads of organizations from each country made an agreement to urge implementation.
10 articles and 38 clauses has to cease wars across the globe and make peace. If you think these articles cannot make cessation of war, you must have alternative. If not, it has to be implemented right away.
People who raise the children must not lie.
We sent this declaration to all different countries saying if we do this way, there will be cessation of war. There could be peace said out of accomplish. What other reason do we need?
If this document is approved and okayed, within UN and general assembly, they probably vote on it. And when they vote on it, 1/3 of them are okayed, it can be adopted.
Immediately and very quickly, we have to work on for every nation and leader to sign up international law to implement and the declaration of 10 articles and 38 clauses. We all need to work together. While everybody else is working bled out, and you are being selfish, Is this equitable? It’s not somebody’s personal matter. No matter what, regardless knowledge and power, the urgent matter is cessation of war and world peace. If we hand down peaceful world without wars to our future generations, that would be the best present for them. So distinguished guests, you already have an answer.
