126 foreign media outlets in 77 countries around the world have promoted 6th HWPL Peacewalk, including Australia, China, Germany, India, the Philippines, Russia, South Africa, the United States.
It urged leaders of the countries to enact a “peace international law (DPCW)” to end war. On March, HWPL delivered “Peace Letters” written by 1.3 million people around the world to the heads of states and UN ambassadors in 192 countries. So that the DPCW could be introduced as a U.N. resolution to effectively guarantee world peace.
Peace Letter Campaign was started by IWPG and IPYG. Women are determined not to sacrifice their children any more in the war, and young people have begun sending letters to their leaders expressing their desire for peace as well as their will to protect themselves from the war. Last year, 200,000 letters of peace were delivered to the presidents of seven countries, including Jae-in Moon.
Especially, I really hope to see this fourth video. I really feel that peace is going to be achieved. If our thoughts become one, and our actions become one, what can stop us? No one can stop our desire for peace. Who would want to die? Who would want to lose their family to war? They say they start a war to protect their country, but… Before that, if we have a good heart, we can prevent many young people from dying without having a chance to blossom.
Dear Heads of Countries, I urge you to show your active commitment to achieving peace by responding to the letter of peace that expresses the desire of mankind. If you love your country and people as a representative of a country, I ask you to work together to ensure that the DPCW is submitted to the UN and thus establish a framework for world peace and end of war.
The task of the time is to create a world of peace and pass it on to future generations. To do this, we can achieve true peace only when we identify the answers to achieve peace through the peace process that HWPL is making and practice it as a messenger of peace. Let’s all be an “One Voice” for peace and achieve DPCW together. And let’s work together and join in drawing support and cooperation from the international community.
Since it’s going to be followed by the first episode, I hope you read the first episode.
“And with this young man, many people are more involved in this because they have discovered that DPCW’s hopes can be realized. So what is the basis of that conviction?”
“There are three main points: The first is the perfect configuration of the DPCW, which consists of a full resolution of the dispute. Based on world documents on human rights and peace, such as the Charter of the United Nations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, there are additional fundamental solutions to conflicts between religions and peoples, including ways to maintain a peaceful world through HWPL Peace Education and Spreading a Culture of Peace. So the DPCW has the perfect composition of conflict prevention, conflict mediation and securing sustainable peace.”
“The second is feasibility. DPCW is only three years old, but it is gaining tremendous support of citizens all over the world and support of the national level. It has received formal support from the Pan-African Parliament, a group of 55 African National Assembly speakers, a gathering of ministers and above-level officials from eight Pacific Islands, the Central American Parliament and the former presidents of Eastern Europe, as well as MOUs and official documents.
Also, when the Chairman Man Hee Lee introduced the DPCW at UN headquarters, delegates from 145 countries gave a standing ovation.”
“From a civil society perspective, more than 1.3 million citizens around the world support the DPCW with signatures and peace letters campaign. On March 14, citizens from all over the world wrote letters of peace and sent them to Presidents and Prime ministers of 192 countries to urge the need for DPCW and support from countries, and the media around the world reported it extensively, and the world cheered.”
“Finally, the power of the DPCW is the Chairman of HWPL, Man Hee Lee. Six years ago, when the new international law did not exist, he announced the “Declaration of World Peace” here. It included a his plan to create a new international law. Three years later, he announced the DPCW, the substance of the promise and he created the Peace Letter Campaign, which urges presidents around the world. The whole family in the world follows him, because he has a clear answer and leadership.
For example, no matter where he go on world peace tour, families of peace in neighboring countries gather to help and participate in Lee’s tour. When we see families of peace in each country running and putting everything aside to help Lee, we feel confident that he is a world leader who can change the world and lead people in one direction.”
“Ladies and gentlemen, this DPCW you’re seeing today is the hope of a global family and the power to change the world. To that end, this 6th 525 Peace Walk sent letters of peace to not only the president, but also the high-ranking leaders of the world at the same time. I’ve shown to the leaders how much citizens, who are masters of the country, want the DPCW because the President can’t move on only his own.
And today, in particular, we will take a peace walk with the wishes of each president to reply to the Peace Letter we sent around the world. The land where we take this step of peace will be transformed into a world of peace, and the sound of it will be a voice that changes the world.
Citizens around the world who are with us, HWPL, IPYG, will not stop our step until the President of each country hears and acknowledges the message, urging support for the DPCW.
Ladies and gentlemen, we will now serve the Chairman Man Hee Lee, the source of this power of peace. Check for yourself! The Chairman Lee declared it here, and made the work of peace. Come on, let’s run together.
Until our dreams come true. We are one! Thank you.”
The 6th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace and the Peace Walk is beginning today, May 25, 2019. In fact, whatever you do, you can’t find anything easy. There are hands that come and prepare in advance, so it can go smoothly.
Thank you very much to those who serve. The number is enormous. How hard did they prepare for these? By the way, do you know about today’s theme? Why are so many people gathered today?
Under the IPYG Peace Letter Campaign, young people sent 160,000 peace letters to the heads of states and UN ambassadors in 193 countries. So, this 6th HWPL Peace Walk’s purpose is to urge them to reply the letters. If you agree, say yes. If you don’t agree, I’d like to say why and discuss it together.
Once the leaders of each country make a good decision, peace will become a permanent legacy for future generations. And they will be remembered as heroes of peace.
HISTORY of the HWPL Peace Walk
As an occasion for the event, the HWPL plans to expand the scope of peace letters to include high-level officials and ministers from each country. So far, more than 1.3 million citizens from 170 countries have supported the DPCW. Let’s take a look at each year.
In 2013, About 30,000 People in Seoul, Republic of Korea In 2014, About 200,000 People in 10 Cities In 2015, About 200,000 People in 64 Cities In 2016, About 250,000 People in 105 Cities In 2017, About 1,000,000 People in 106 Cities in 41 Countries In 2018, 80+ Cities in 50 Countries
Speech of Young-Min Jung, IPYG Leader
“There’s a lot of young people here. Have any of you ever been through a war?
I’m going to start today with the story of a 25-year-old man born in South Sudan, a country suffering from a sustained civil war. When this young man, Immanuel Lovizo Justin, saw 150 people die in a civil war in 2016, he knew his life would be threatened, but decided to start working on peace. And he started to encourage people to realize the DPCW, and he collected 5,000 DPCW signatures by himself.
He also held a peace concert and was reported in the local newspaper. The peace-loving young man is now in a hurry to collect 10,000 peace letters for the President and has already collected more than 1,000. What value did this South Sudanese youth see in DPCW? Why is he risking his life in the battlefield to call for the DPCW?
It’s “hope.” He’s still going around collecting letters of peace because he found in the DPCW “the hope” of a world of peace where he could escape the threat of bullets, live like a human being, free from the fear that someone could hurt him, freely spread his dreams, smile and face everyone.
And with this young man, many people are more involved in this because they have discovered that DPCW’s hopes can be realized. So what is the basis of that conviction?”
Are you curious? I’m going to post it in 2nd episode. Think of the reason first! To give you a hint, there are three reasons.
My friend sent me this picture by message. The weather is so nice!
What day is it today? Do you know?
Today is the day!!!
There must be a lot of people working on this event. HWPL is famous for doing an orderly event. They gather on a large scale, and it’s clean with little leftover garbage.
It started six years ago in Seoul with 30,000 young people, and has been spreading around the world, and I can’t imagine how much bigger it would have been this year. It is said to be held in more than 70 cities around the world, and I wonder how many young people and citizens there will be.
In this posting, we will look at how many citizens support the DPCW and HWPL as a celebration before the event begins. You’re gonna be surprised.
The World’s Call for Peace, Urging Support for the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War
Indeed, hundreds of thousands of young people and citizens in many cities around the world support the DPCW.

Date: May, 25th, 2019 10:30(GMT+9)
I hope to see you Live on YouTube. The flow of peace led by HWPL is so fast that you can barely keep up with it, if you try. Should we wait for someone else to do it for us? Let’s make peace ourselves!
IPYG has also collected around 400,000 Peace Letters and has delivered them to the Presidents of 193 member states of the United Nations. The campaign is aimed to develop the DPCW into a legally binding document by submitting it as a resolution to the UN.
It also has to do with the answer of “Why has the existing international law not made peace?” Because it is not legally binding. So, how will the HWPL solve this problem? The answer was in “Civil Society.” If everyone speaks in one direction, that means there is nothing that can stop it.
Why do we urge replies?
The movement to support the DPCW is already global. The official support of the state has already been made in many countries. There has also been a series of support from influential groups.
In 2017, the Central American Parliament (PARLACEN) officially passed a resolution to support the DPCW. Also, the Pan-African Parliament (PAP), which represents all citizens of 55 countries of the African Continent, the International Centre for Black Sea-Baltic Studies and Consensus Practices (Centre BBS), which consisted of so many former European Presidents, and 145 United Nations officials also supported the DPCW.
This huge flow is so strong that no one can stop it.
At the 6th Peace Walk, participants will call for replies from the heads of state to the peace letters and additional messages of peace written by citizens will be delivered to high-level officials of governments and international organizations in 193 different countries worldwide.

You won’t regret it. You can watch it again after the live time.
In May of this year, the 6th Annual Commemoration of the Declaration of World Peace and Peace Walk will be held in around 70 countries. Do you know the Declaration of World Peace? The Declaration of World Peace was first proclaimed with 30,000 youths and citizens in Seoul, South Korea.
For me, the most impressive part of this declaration was the thought of the deaths of young people. War is decided by others, but it is the young who die. Who in the world can pay off their lives? It is more persuasive in that the Chairman Man Hee Lee was a Korean War veteran. He fought with his colleagues on the front line, but all he had left was pain. Having seen the whole scene with his own eyes, he can say more clearly.
During 5th HWPL Peace Walk, Mr. Man Hee Lee, the Chairman of HWPL, stated, “The world of peace can become a reality if people focused on the idea of peace itself rather than who would achieve it. For the sake of peace, let’s all become peace messengers as the global family of peace.”
He also proclaimed “All world leaders must support the 10 Articles and 38 Clauses of the DPCW. If this world and all of the countries truly love their citizens, then they should all work together to establish an international law.”
Of what use is a young life, born in our day and age, if it is thrown away in this manner thrown away without having had a chance to bloom? What price can compensate for the loss of a life? – The Declaration of World Peace

They will be focused on the “Peace Letter Campaign” led by the International Peace Youth Group (IPYG). The campaign is aimed at urging for the support of the presidents of each country to develop the DPCW into a legally binding document by submitting it as a resolution to the UN.
IPYG has also collected around 400,000 Peace Letters to urge the presidents to support the DPCW and has delivered them to the leaders of 193 different countries around the world. Hundreds of thousands of young people and citizens will gather to call for replies from the heads of state to the peace letters. We can do it!! Youth can do it! We are one!!!
Who else would be hoping to do it for you? I think I should do it right now. I hope you don’t hesitate. We can do it together. There’s nothing you can’t do.
In Wikipedia, a peace walk or peace march, sometimes referred to as a peace pilgrimage, is a form of nonviolent action where a person or groups of people march a set distance to raise awareness of particular issues important to the walkers. Why does it have this meaning? Looking at human history, the Peace Walk has become in this way. Just as chewing rice several times makes it taste better, let’s take a closer look.
First, I want to look at the European Peace Walk(EPW).
European Peace Walk, 100 y after WW1
In 2014, Groups of walkers left Vienna on a six-country, 23 day walk of peace to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the beginning of World War I. This year marks the fifth anniversary of EPW. The total length is about 330 kilometers. After exploring Vienna, peace walk starts in Budapest. And they walk to Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia and ends in Trieste, Italy.
Why do they walk?
100 years ago, they all were in violent conflict. The 4-year war killed so many European. The number of casualties is nine million soldiers and five million civilians. So, Lynch, one of organizer said “The walk’s concept of crossing borders is paramount. We are crossing so many borders, and really sending a message of, ‘We are all on one single journey as humanity’.” She lastly asked “What do we really need to move toward a global family, and make that a possibility?” I think there is a point in her final answer.
“The more we can have conversations about what peace looks like, the better.” – European Peace Walk (EPW)
But it is not Camino.
It’s not without walkers’ complaints, as there are long, remote places to walk in a day. One walker said “On the website, the EPW is described as a Camino-style adventure, but it is not.” I think this is what most people think. People compare EPW to the Camino de Santiago, which started in 814. There are many people who went to Camino and got healing. The reason why was that the Camino has an infrastructure that supports the needs of pilgrims. But there is no such structure on the EPW.
In a way, this is a natural result. Walkers’ expectations are high from the start, so I think it’s likely to develop in the future. Finally, some travelers say they don’t know why they do this. I also want to ask you, “Why do you walk? What would be your mission as a Peace Walker?”
I know a meaningful peace walk with practical purpose.
It is the HWPL Peace Walk
In May this year, about 70 countries host various events and peace walk. Maybe, I think that it is estimated that there will be more than one million. Every year, the scale is growing, and we are ready to achieve our goals. This year’s event will be focused on the “Peace Letter Campaign” led by the International Peace Youth Group (IPYG), an affiliated youth organization of HWPL. The campaign is aimed to urge for the support of the heads of each country to develop the DPCW into a legally binding document by submitting it as a resolution to the UN.
Hundreds of thousands of young people have sent letters to the presidents of 193 countries, and are now waiting for a reply. The purpose of 6th 525 HWPL Peace Walk is to urge them to reply. Why do so many people enthusiastically support HWPL? This is because HWPL has a definite answer to peace. HWPL is in Special Consultative Status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and associated with the UN Department of Global Communications (DGC). Aren’t you curious about the answer?
It is the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), which was drafted by 21 international law experts. It has overcome the lack of international law so far, and is highly praised by law experts. I’ll give you an example on the ground, but there’s a lot more.
H.E. Viktor Yushchhenko, Former President of Ukraine said “I am deeply grateful to be able to implement the cause of peace in a specific way. This is truly a worthy cause. I was deeply impressed to see the DPCW with its refined and profound wisdom. I think it is worth the support from all leaders of the world. This is because the DPCW is a perfectly balanced document that was drafted through the great effort of international legal experts and is of fundamental value.“
In the final conclusion, what was important in European Peace Walk is that we must think about peace if we are to move on. And I think HWPL Peace Walk meets this condition. In fact, any peace movement, if we can make our people better, is a great welcome. Please look forward to new and better news. Let me finish by introducing one last time. 🙂

RE: Peace Letter, a Miracle of 193 Countries. Civil society’s call for peace is answered by a reply from the President. Your reply is a proof of the wishes of 193 countries for peace. 🙂
Women’s efforts for peace have always been impressive.
I’m going to take a look at the events of peace that are historically important. I can’t help but cry at the thought of what they’re trying to do, even now.
International Women’s Day 8 March
International Women’s Day (IWD) is celebrated on March 8 every year. The first start begins in 1908. A New York textile factory caught on fire on 8 March 1908, with the owner trapping his female workers inside.. He had been forcing them to work 10-hour days, making fabric of mauve and lilac color. 129 workers died in the fire. It was a terrible thing. #WomensDay
In 1975, during International Women’s Year (IWY), the United Nations began celebrating International Women’s Day on 8 March. The Charter of the United Nations, signed in 1945, was the first international agreement to affirm the principle of gender equality. Also, in 1946, the Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) is established for empowerment of women.(In 2019, CSW63) Taking a historic step in July 2010, the UN General Assembly creates the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women).
Malala: “We cannot all succeed when half of us are held back”
Peace activist Malala Yousafzai has had a tremendous impact on women and young people, and has strengthened the power of women. Their efforts are not over. In 2015, countries adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Goal 5 is “Achieve gender equality and empower all women and girls. They announce their achievements every year, and strive to achieve our goals.
It is estimated that 35 per cent of women worldwide have experienced either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or sexual violence by a non-partner (not including sexual harassment) at some point in their lives.
However, some national studies show that up to 70 percent of women have experienced physical and/or sexual violence from an intimate partner in their lifetime.
It is estimated that there are 650 million women and girls in the world today who were married before age 18.
Approximately 15 million adolescent girls (aged 15 to 19) worldwide have experienced forced sex.
It is estimated that of the 87,000 women who were intentionally killed in 2017 globally, more than half (50,000- 58 per cent) were killed by intimate partners or family members, meaning that 137 women across the world are killed by a member of their own family every day.
I think you know that women have done so much for peace. So what’s next? Now what are the roles we should do for peace? I can’t wait without doing anything. IMO, the paradigm of peace has already changed. Now the citizens are the mainstay, changing everything. This shift started from “Peace Letter Campaign” from IPYG and HWPL, which became associated with the UN Department of Global Communications (DGC) and ECOSOC in 2016.
Last year, IPYG and IWPG sent around 200,000 letters to the heads of state from 193 UN member states. Without the answer to peace, peace cannot be achieved. The Answer is the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War (DPCW), drafted by the 21 prominent international law experts. What is the current problem of international law? It is not “legally binding.”
So, there are IPYG, representing 1.8 billion young people , and IWPG, representing 3.7 billion women, for HWPL. Emil Constantinescu, former president of Romania, said “Youth and women can become the most persuasive emissaries of peace in the present and in the future.”
Now, there are a few things left for us. The Presidents began to move, and the turn went over. If we shout in one voice, no one can stop it. Voice of one is not enough to achieve peace, but voice as one is enough to do so. Which is your choice? Endless war or Peaceful future?
4.26 Proclamation Ceremony of International Women’s Peace Day
Cessation of War and World Peace with 3.7 Billion Women Becoming One
Date: 26th of Apr., 2019 13:00(UTC+9)
Proclaim 4.26 as an ‘International Women’s Peace Day’ and declare that all women of the world should become one in order to achieve world peace and cessation of war. Especially, in 2019, IWPG will deliver peace letters to the head of state of each country and will urge them to support DPCW, the only solution to make world peace come true.
I’m really looking forward to it! 🙂

Harmony, Communication, and Peace with the 3.7 Billion Women in the World
Date: 3rd of April, 2019 09:00(GMT +3) Participants: Representatives of 3.7 billion Women
Q: What is the purpose of the Peace Tour? A: Women are the the mothers of peace. If 3.7 billion women unite under peace then world peace will be achieved.
“I sincerely thank you for your education in the spirit of noble truth search for the future of the nation and people. And I sincerely congratulate you on the successful implementation of peace education by Master Peace, whom I met in Romania last year. Here in Romania, I felt the people’s earnest desire for freedom in their hearts. I maybe it began when they achieved democratization in Eastern Europe 30 years ago. I think it can make them to continue to strive for better development.
And Mr. Man Hee Lee, Chairman of HWPL, despite his near 90s, has been a global village owner with no spare life. He made an appeal for cooperation for peace, carrying out a schedule that even young people could not afford. His firm commitment and actions are the best and most living peace education for all mankind.
As you can see from the video of how great the peace fruits of HWPL have been, the fruit of HWPL has never been achieved by a private organization and not achieved by the state. What’s next is that young people and women, who have inherited the spirit of peace, are creating peace together with the speed of light.
As a mother of children, I hope that our children will no longer grow up in a culture of war and violence, but live happily and safely in a culture of peace. If you continue to strive for peaceful education and the spread of peace and culture, such as DPCW, which is the definite answer to restoring the original shape of the global village and achieving peace, I am confident that our children who will lead our future will live in a peaceful world where there is no more war and violence.
When you change your mind, you can change your culture. When you change your culture, you can change the destiny of the world.
Let’s awaken a sense of peace and create a culture of peace. And let’s protect our children from war and conflict and pass on peace to posterity. As the Korean saying goes, “A good beginning is half the battle,” you have opened the beginning of HWPL peace education, so please continue to implement and promote it to spread beyond Romania to all over Europe.
Let us all create a peace culture with one heart to end the war and create a world of eternal peace.
The role of HWPL is important more than ever. Today, we live in a different World. Open a new era of peace with HWPL! The founder of HWPL, Chairman Man Hee Lee, has been tirelessly giving effects with contribution. We are hopeful that DPCW, in the long run, will definitely get status of “Law of Peace”. In order to create a peaceful world without war, We need more than just a practical law. International women groups are gathered to practice a warm “mother’s Love” where peace is needed.
Harmony, Communication, and Peace with the 3.7 Billion Women in the World
At the 3rd of Apr., 2019 09:00(GMT +3), IWPG World Peace Conference in Europe is held now. 3.7 billion Women is Our Hope and Our Power. Women’s life and tolerance to protect their children is the “KEY” of peace. Women, please help. War kills too many people. Your role is very important.
