Nobel Peace prize rewarded : 124 times

How long will we wait? We are not prepared to wait forever. Is peace possible? Is it a naive desire? Nope. It is possible. It’s going to be tough but we’ll pull through it together. We‘ll make it, I tell you. If you just see yourself, maybe the world is already peaceful, Aren’t you? We really need to broaden our views. Watch whole world! Our friends are there.

Three Children of Syria : Cry Out for Peace

Do you remember ‘Alan Kurdi‘? You already know it. He appeared dead on the beach. While trying to go to Europe to avoid civil war, his mother(35) and his brother(5) were drowned. Then all the world wanted to help Syria refugees.

Do you remember ‘Omran Daqneesh‘? He was rescued after being buried in collapsed buildings in Syria Aleppo. One picture shocked people all over the world. He was sitting in an ambulance with stained with blood and dust. I cannot repress my astonishment.

Bana Alabed, who broadcasted the current situation in real time, is also same. She got 233,653 followers. Her first words were “I need peace”. It was retweeted over 1000 times.

This three children informed the world of the misery of the Syrian civil war. They changed world’s movement for Syria.

It is our WHY

The purpose of 3rd WARP Summit 2017

It’s more than just a conference. It declare “Everyone has a role in the peace-building process” So they make this platform to share ideas and their passion. Their slogan is “Together for peace as messengers of peace”

Peace is Coming!!! HWPL : 2nd Annual Commemoration of WARP Summit

Last year, I posted ‘2nd Annual Commemoration of the WARP Summit 2017’. I encounter with HWPL first. In fact, I want peace but I always think ‘Is it really possible?’. But I can’t give up! I find and find. Then, I see the ‘2nd WARP Summit 2016′. 100,000 people gathered. WARP Summit can be divided into three part.

First. Conferences and Forums.
Second. “Peace March”-themed world parade and traditional cultural performances.
Third. “War and Peace“ cards section performances.

How about this Year?

And I’m really looking forward to 3rd WARP Summit 2017! This time, what new things they show? I really like their ‘Heavenly culture‘. What is it? It is to live according to the principles and values of heaven, a place that gives light, rain and air without boundaries. I upload it beneath. Sounds promising, right? Never pass up this chance! We need practical and substantive approach for peace. It is not a small thing, Peace. In the world there are many peace movement to achieve peace. What can we do? Actually sometimes I don’t know what to do. But my heart is still strong. I have full of mind for peace! I know we are same. So, I find out what we can do! I find “Peace Messengers Together”

In May 25, 2013 The Declaration of World Peace was proclaimed.
In Sep 16-19, 2014 World Alliance of Religions’ Peace (WARP) Summit
In Sep 18-19, 2015 Convention on the Renunciation and Cessation of War and International Armed Conflicts
In Nov 12-13, 2015 Committee meeting convenes to draft the Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War
In March 14, 2016 New international law was proclaimed by HWPL International Law Peace Committee(more info). It was called DPCW(Declaration of Peace and Cessation of War). (DPCW is here)

Vision of Peace law : Step by Step

‘Legislate Peace Campaign‘ was active to present DPCW to the United Nations.(campaign page) Now 300,000 people is moving fast. For Peace! Finally, they call on world leaders and governments to develop and enforce a law based on the principles of the DPCW. They are passionate and strong. What happened for a year? ‘Legislate Peace’ was started from 2015 May. How many people are participated in?

Why ‘Legislate Peace Campaign‘? It is based on Article 10 “Spreading a culture of peace” I write it at the bottom. Actually the effect of culture is very powerful. It affects you unconsciously. To change the world was difficult, but that’s the easy bit. Why difficult? Why easy? If you want to change the world, it is hard. But if you change yourself, it is very easy!

DPCW Article 10 “Spreading a culture of peace”

1. States should recognize and engage with groups and organizations that seek to further the cause of peace as a global movement. States should facilitate such groups in their awareness-raising activities, including providing tuition in human rights and peace studies, as provided for, inter alia, in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1999 UN Declaration on a Culture of Peace.

2. States should recognize that, in order to preserve a lasting culture of peace, public awareness of the need for, and value of, peace should be created. In this regard, states are encouraged to facilitate activities, commemorations, and initiatives that engage public consciousness with peace, including the erection of peace monuments as an alternative to war monuments.

3. Heads of state and heads of government should acknowledge that they are uniquely well placed to encourage a culture of peace, and should act to support this declaration to bring about the cessation of war.

4. States should promote a culture of peace including ensuring conditions in which-
(a) citizens are able to participate in the political affairs of the state as equals regardless of religious or ethnic differences;
(b) a free media is maintained which allows grievances to be aired and addressed;
(c) education is imparted to promote respect and mutual understanding among different religious, belief and ethnic groups;
(d) the right to development of peoples, including the achievement of the UN sustainable development goals, can be realized; and
(e) the well-being of all human kind with the participation of women and men to ensure peaceful coexistence amongst nations, states, and peoples may be guaranteed.

Dead White helmet : Peace is the path

It is really a shocking news. I have had an eye on Nobel Peace Prize candidates because I have a lot of interest in peace. What news? 7 members of ‘White Helmet‘ were killed by unidentified armed men. I don’t know how many. They were shot in the head. Do you know what it means? “Execution” What kind of crime? The international community is angry. It is even more because 7 members are private volunteers who worked tirelessly to save lives in an extraordinarily dangerous environment. We should make it as an opportunity. 7 Dead White helmet is not dead.

What is their will?

The best way to commemorate their deaths is to follow their will. It is unnecessary to talk many things. If we don’t do anything, we should be more angry. So, what is their will? White helmet is made up of Tailor, bakers, carpenters, electricians and other over 3,000 people. Their goal is to save anyone hurt. They claim to advocate moderation. Eventually, what they most wanted is peace. “A world free from wars” Anton Chekhov said ‘We shall find peace. We shall hear the angels, we shall see the sky sparkling with diamonds’ I didn’t want their death to be in vain. Dead White helmets must be alive in our heart.

How we can do it?

We already know that war settles nothing and to win a war is as disastrous as to lose one.(Agatha Christie) Actions are necessary now, not words. We should really achieve peace. I want to recommend ‘HWPL‘. “Groundbreaking and substantive” solutions of HWPL is impressive. The chairman of HWPL said “We have the answer to achieve Peace” HWPL‘s SOLUTIONS are ‘International Law for Peace and Cessation of War‘ and ‘Alliance of Religions‘. (more info) and other postings

Wow It’s a very hot day but my heart is cool. Now that I have had their say, It’s like cold water. I Did you have lunch well? I’m full!!! Although I didn’t eat a lot of rice, this impression is really feeding my soul. Did you listen passionate shouts? We are one!!!!! Cry out for Peace!!! The energy in the field here is amazing!!! I want to be with you.

International law

If the current international law is perfect, we didn’t legislate an international law. All young men want peace, not war. Everyone should agree this international law proposed in the UN.

Peace

Not bring peace to someone who stand still. We have to make peace. If incumbent presidents aren’t doing works of peace, future generations would have a bone to pick with presidents. In Peace! We Are One!

Religion

Religion should be one and country, global village should also be one!

Nothing can stop the orders of the sky and it is the hope of mankind. I come here everything behind because Solution of Peace is here! Mothers are hope for peace! If you believe in a can-do attitude, you can do it!

Bad leadership stop change, but also start a war and violence. Youth is awakening! If we work together, we can make a better world. Although a stumbling block is here, we have a hope! We count on Lee’s leadership! Youth!!! has your hope!!!

Declaration is over here. I find a new meaning each time, whenever I read it. The existence of Declaration itself deeply touched me. Peace has begun!

24 March, 2014 Sign private peace treaty in Mindanao Island, Philippines

Peace treaty is between Roman Catholic and Muslim in Mindanao Island, Philippines. It’s a real. Mindanao civil war for 40 years and 140,000 died. How do they make peace? He prayed to God before to go Mindanao. He said “I won’t go if God don’t accompany me.” He called all the political leaders, religious leaders and citizens together in one place.

“Raise your hands!! If you want peace!!”, he shouted. Everyone raised their hands!!!! So two leader of Catholic and Muslim signed the peace agreement.

It gave me the chills. 40 years of Catholic and Muslim religious war was over.
